What is the timing for my wedding?

Evening wedding timeframes are 4pm-11pm including 1 hour set up and 1 hour clean up. All-day wedding timeframes are 8am-11pm including one hour set up and 1 hour clean up.

What is the timing for a ceremony rehearsal?

A ceremony rehearsal can be hosted the day prior to your wedding. If another event is that day, the rehearsal can be held before or on another day of choice. All rehearsals are limited to 1 hour or you may also hold your rehearsal dinner for an additional fee if available.

Do you allow decorations?

Yes! We welcome decorations, such as flowers, trees and lighting. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage.

When do I have access to the Bridal House?

For an evening wedding, you will have access to the Bridal House at 12pm. For a full day wedding, you will have access to the Bridal House at 8am. If you would like more time in the Bridal House, and do not wish to book the all-day option, you may add more time at $50 per hour. You may leave your belongings in the house for the duration of the event but all items must be removed by the end of the event.

Can we bring our own vendors?

All vendors are welcome so long as they are insured and meet all necessary licenses. We definitely recommend checking out our preferred vendor list because they know our venue well and we have already negotiated a discount on your behalf!

What is the payment schedule?

An initial, and non-refundable down payment to hold your date of $1,000 is due at contract signing. 50% is due 1/2 way between booking and the event date with the remaining due 30 days prior to event. All payments are non-refundable. In good faith we do not require a damage deposit. If any damages have occurred, you will be notified and we will bill you for any repairs needed.

What is the capacity?

Our capacity is 150 for seated reception and 250 for open gala style.

What if we need more time on the day of our event?

We are more than happy to open the doors for you as early as needed. We charge $250/hr for any extra time.

Am I required to have a Wedding Planner?

Yes, to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch we require that each of our couples hire a wedding coordinator. You are welcome to hire a planner for full service or day of. We offer in house coordination. Please inquire for more information.
